舒适护理对老年股骨颈骨折手术患者负性情绪的调节作用探析

Adjustment Effect of Comfort Nursing on Negative Emotion in Elderly Patients with Femoral Neck Fracture

目的探讨老年股骨颈骨折手术患者实施舒适护理对其负性情绪的调节效果。方法选取2017年1月—2019年1月在营口市中医院进行手术治疗的老年股骨颈骨折患者45例,所有患者均给予相同的治疗方案,依据护理方法的不同分为观察组22例和对照组23例,对照组行常规护理,观察组给予常规护理联合舒适护理,比较干预前后两组负性情绪、并发症发生情况和护理满意度。结果干预后两组焦虑和抑郁情绪均得到缓解,且观察组焦虑和抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度为95.5%,高于对照组的82.6%,但差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.803,P>0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为9.1%,低于对照组的21.7%,但差异无统计学意义(χ^2=1.581,P>0.05)。结论舒适护理能够有效改善老年股骨颈骨折手术患者的负性情绪,利于患者接受临床各项治疗,值得推广使用。

Objective To explore the effect of comfort nursing on the adjustment of negative emotions in elderly patients undergoing femoral neck fracture surgery.Methods A total 45 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture treated in Yingkou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected.All patients were given the same treatment plan.According to the different nursing methods,they were divided into observation group(22 cases)and control group(23 cases).The control group received common nursing,while the observation group received comfort nursing based on common nursing.Negative emotions,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared in the two groups before and after treatment.Results After intervention,anxiety and depression in both groups were significantly alleviated,and the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 95.5%,higher than 82.6%in the control group,but there was no significant difference(χ^2=0.803,P>0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 9.1%,lower than that in the control group(21.7%),but the difference was no significant(χ^2=1.581,P>0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing can effectively improve their negative emotions for elderly patients with femoral neck fracture.It is worth popularizing.
