西药联合自拟中药方剂治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后腰椎手术失败综合征的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Western Medicine Combined with Self-made Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions in the Treatment of Failed Back Surgery Syndrome After Lumbar Disc Herniation Surgery

目的探讨西药联合自拟中药方剂治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后腰椎手术失败综合征的效果。方法选取2015年5月—2018年5月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的42例腰椎手术失败综合征患者为研究对象,所有患者均为腰椎间盘突出症行椎管内镜手术治疗者,随机分为对照组和观察组各21例,对照组给予甲钴胺联合依托考昔治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合自拟中药方剂治疗,比较分析两组的治疗效果以及治疗前后腰椎功能及疼痛情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率100.00%,高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2值为3.860,P<0.05)。治疗后不同时间点两组腰椎功能及疼痛情况均较治疗前有所改善,而且观察组治疗后腰椎功能及疼痛情况均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论西药联合自拟中药方剂治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后腰椎手术失败综合征,效果优于单独使用西药治疗,并且可以有效改善患者疼痛和腰椎功能,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the effect of Western medicine combined with self-made traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions in the treatment of failed back surgery syndrome after lumbar disc herniation surgery.Methods A total of 42 patients with failed lumbar surgery syndrome admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University were selected as the study subjects from May 2015 to May 2018.All patients with lumbar disc herniation who underwent endoscopic surgery.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,21 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mecobalamin combined with etocoxib.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was treated with self-made traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions.The therapeutic effect,lumbar function and pain of the two groups were compared and analyzed before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than 66.67%of the control group(χ^2=3.860,P<0.05).The lumbar function and pain of the two groups were improved at different time points after treatment,and the lumbar function and pain of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Western medicine combined with selfmade traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions in the treatment of failed lumbar surgery syndrome after lumbar disc herniation surgery is superior to Western medicine alone,and can effectively improve the pain and lumbar function of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
