米非司酮联合固崩汤治疗更年期功能性子宫出血的效果评价

Evaluation of Mifepristone Combined with Gubeng Decoction in the Treatment of Functional Uterine Bleeding in Menopause

目的观察米非司酮联合固崩汤治疗更年期功能性子宫出血的临床疗效。方法选取2014年1月—2017年6月在台安县恩良医院妇科门诊就诊的123例更年期功能性子宫出血患者,按治疗用药不同分为对照组48例(采用米非司酮治疗)、观察组75例(采用米非司酮联合固崩汤治疗),观察两组的疗效及子宫内膜厚度改变情况。结果观察组显效率和总有效率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组子宫内膜厚度均较治疗前变薄,而观察组子宫内膜厚度较对照组更薄,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮联合固崩汤治疗更年期功能性子宫出血疗效确切,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of mifepristone combined with Gubeng Decoction in the treatment of functional uterine bleeding in menopause.Methods A total of 123 cases of functional uterine bleeding in menopause were selected from January 2014 to June 2017 in the gynecological clinic of Tai’an Enliang Hospital.The patients were divided into two groups according to different treatments,48 patients in the control group were treated with oral mifepristone daily,and 75 patients in the observation group were given Gubeng Decoction on the basis of oral mifepristone.To observe the curative effect and the change of endometrial thickness in the two groups.Results The marked and total effective rates of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness of the two groups were significantly thinner than before treatment,while the endometrial thickness of the observation group was significantly thinner than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone combined with Gubeng Decoction is effective in treating functional uterine bleeding in menopause,which is worthy of clinical application.
