摘要
探索了以N-碘代丁二酰亚胺(NIS)作为卤化试剂,通过高烯丙基酰肼化合物的串联氧化/卤胺环化反应合成吡唑啉类化合物.该方法反应条件温和,不需要添加剂,以良好的收率得到吡唑啉类化合物.
An efficient cascade oxidation/halogenoaminocyclization reaction of homoallylhydrazides with N-halogensuccinimide was developed without addition of other additives under mild reaction conditions to provide pyrazolines.Under the optimized conditions,a variety of highly substituted pyrazoline derivatives were obtained.
