泉域地区地铁复杂地层地下连续墙成槽技术措施

摘要 济南地铁R3线裴家营站为明挖车站,围护结构采用厚1m的地下连续墙,场地位于白泉泉域排泄区域,地下水埋藏浅且水量丰富,每幅地下连续墙槽内坚硬地层占槽深的55%以上,成槽机抓槽施工困难,通过技术方案比选,采用进度、安全、成本综合最优的施工措施,将冲孔桩机与成槽机配合使用,做到了时间、成本、工作面综合最优. Ji'nan subway line R3 Peijiaying station is an openly-excavated station whose enclosure structure is lm thick diaphragm wall.The station is located in the Baiquan spring discharge area,where the groundwater is shallow but rich.The hard stratum in each piece of diaphragm wall groove covers more than 55%of the groove depth,producing difficulty for grooving machine construction.After comparison among technical schemes,optimum construction measures for construction schedule,safety and cost were adopted to realize cooperation between punching pile machine and grooving machine,as well as optimum construction schedule,cost and working area.
