高压旋喷桩在饱和粉质粘土地基中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 苏州地铁5号线苏胜路站场地地下土层主要为饱和粉质粘土层,场地内分别采用双重管法及三重管法高压旋喷桩防渗止水.探讨3种高压旋喷工艺的异同点,分析旋喷加固机理,施工前进行试验,对比不同气压、水压、浆液压力、水泥掺量等施工参数下的有效加固范围及固结体的28d龄期强度,掌握了高压喷射流对土体的冲击拌和规律及高压旋喷桩对饱和粉质粘土层的加固效果. The underground soil layer of Susheng Road Station of Suzhou Metro Line 5 is mainly saturated silty clay layer.The double pipe method and the triple pipe method are used to prevent seepage and water stop by high pressure jet grouting pile.Investigate the similarities and differences between the three high-pressure rotary jetting processes,analyze the mechanism of the rotary jetting reinforcement,and test the effective reinforcement range under the construction parameters such as different air pressure,water pressure,slurry pressure and cement content before construction and the 28 d old age of the consolidated body.The strength of the period,mastered the impact mixing law of the high pressure jet on the soil and the reinforcement effect of the high pressure jet grouting pile on the saturated silty clay layer.
