目前SMW工法桩在国内的应用越来越多,其施工方法灵活多变,但多数施工队伍仅依靠经验进行成桩质量控制,其中的水泥掺量的计算对不少从业人员造成较大困惑.为此,通过查阅资料、结合实际工程分析计算SMW工法桩中的水泥掺量,为现场技术质量管理、工程计量计价提供一种方法.

SMW pile becomes more and more popular in China.Although it has flexible construction method,most construction units control the finished pile quality only according to their experiences,and cement admixing content calculation is a big problem for many people.Based on documentary files and engineering practices,this paper analyzed and calculated the cement admixing content in SMW pile,providing a method for technical quality management and construction workload and cost calculation.
