摘要 炎症常伴随有持续的氧化应激反应和过度的脂质过氧化过程。炎症反应上调多种氧化酶,产生活性氧和活性氮物质造成DNA和线粒体损伤,抑制损伤后修复和抑癌基因失活,与肿瘤发生密切相关。炎症反应产生的细胞因子通过抑制细胞凋亡、诱导血管新生、造成炎症信号传导通路异常等途径,促进肿瘤的发生和发展。本文通过就慢性炎症造成DNA、线粒体损伤、诱导血管新生和炎症信号传导通路异常等几个方面阐述了慢性炎症与肿瘤的关系。 Inflammation is often accompanied by persistent oxidative stress and excessive lipid peroxidation.Inflammation can up-regulate many kinds of oxidases,produce reactive oxygen species and reactive nitrogen substances,cause DNA and mitochondrial damage,inhibit repair after injury and inactivate tumor suppressor genes,which are closely related to tumorigenesis.Inflammatory cytokines can promote the occurrence and development of tumors by inhibiting apoptosis,inducing angiogenesis and causing abnormal inflammatory signaling pathways.In this paper,the relationship between chronic inflammation and tumors was discussed in terms of DNA,mitochondrial damage,angiogenesis induction and abnormal inflammatory signal transduction pathway caused by chronic inflammation.
