摘要
欧盟立足于道德水准,为AI产业的伦理化应用出台了《人工智能伦理准则》,该《准则》强调以人为中心,提出四条伦理准则和七个核心要素。教育虚拟社区伦理规范轮即以《准则》为依据而构建,它是通过有效厘清教育虚拟社区伦理规范的内涵,来探索组织者、社区管理者、助学者、学习者、主题内容引领者、技术支持者以及资源提供者等社区主体所应遵循的伦理准则。而基于社区主体的伦理礼仪、伦理规范、伦理原则和伦理价值的相互作用,社区主体与伦理间"濡化"和"涵化"的沉浸与渗透,以及它们与健康和谐社区平台的相互促进和影响,反映出了社区伦理的作用机制,即教育虚拟社区伦理内部各组成部分间的相互作用;教育虚拟社区伦理、伦理主体与社区平台之间的相互作用。基于教育虚拟社区伦理机制的研究,可促进教育虚拟社区的健康与可持续发展。
Based on ethical standards, EU has promulgated the Ethics Guidelines for Trustworthy AI for the ethical promotion of AI industry, emphasizing people-centered, putting forward four ethical guidelines and seven core elements. Based on this, the connotation of ethical norms of educational virtual community is clarified effectively on the basis of the guidelines, and explores the ethical norms that should be followed by the community subjects such as organizers, managers, facilitators, learners, thematic content leaders, technical supporters and resource providers, so as to construct the ethical norms wheel of the virtual community of education, and based on the interaction of ethical etiquette, ethical norms, ethical principles and ethical values of community subjects,the immersion and infiltration of "moistening" and "acculturation" between community subjects and ethics, and the mutual promotion and influence between them and the platform of healthy and harmonious community explain the action mechanism of community ethics, in order to promote the further study of educational virtual community ethics, and further promote the healthy and sustainable development of educational virtual community.
