敦煌文书中的数字人名研究

Research on Digital Names in Dunhuang Documents

以唐耕耦、陆宏基两位先生辑录的《敦煌社会经济文献真迹释录》(5册)中的人名为例,重点从性质特点、类型以及成因三个方面对其中出现的带有数目字或含有次第意义的数字标记性人名进行了探讨。就性质而言,这种数字人名标识一个人在家族中的排行的可能性最大;在类型上,可分为带有数目字的“显性数字人名”和包含表次第意义专词的“隐性数字人名”两大类型;其形成的原因主要与称呼的简便性、宗法制度的制约性、感情上的亲昵性等有密切关联。

Taking the names in Interpretation of Authentic Dunhuang Social and Economic documents(5 volumes in total)compiled by Mr.TANG Geng ou and Mr.LU Hongji as an example,this paper mainly discusses the digital symbolic names with numbers or numerical mark from three aspects:nature,types and origins of formation.It's the most likely that Digital names mark a person's rank in a family by nature.In terms of type,it can be divided into two major types:"explicit numeral names"with numbers directly and"implicit numeral names"with numerical marks.The cause of its formation is closely related to the simplicity of address,the conditionality of patriarchal system and the intimacy of affection.
