蜂针联合温针灸治疗神经性耳鸣的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Bee Venom Acupuncture Combined with Moxibustion with Warming Needle in Treating Neurogenic Tinnitus

[目的]观察蜂针联合温针灸治疗神经性耳鸣的临床疗效.[方法]将60例神经性耳鸣患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例.治疗组采用蜂针联合温针灸治疗,对照组给予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊以及甲钴胺口服,连续治疗4周后,比较2组患者治疗前后气导平均听阈水平、耳鸣程度及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分的改变,并评估其临床疗效.[结果](1)治疗后,2组患者气导平均听阈水平明显改善(P<0.01),且治疗组的改善作用更明显(P<0.01).治疗组气导平均听阈水平差值更大,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).(2)治疗后,2组患者的耳鸣程度评分明显改善(P<0.01),且治疗组的改善作用更明显(P<0.01).治疗组耳鸣程度评分差值更大,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).(3)治疗后,2组患者SDS评分明显改善(P<0.01),且治疗组的改善作用更优(P<0.01).治疗组SDS评分差值更大,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).(4)治疗组总有效率为83.33%,对照组为66.67%.治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).[结论]蜂针联合温针灸治疗神经性耳鸣疗效显著,可明显改善患者听力、耳鸣及可能伴随的抑郁情绪,疗效优于单纯西药治疗.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of bee venom acupuncture combined with moxibustion with warming needle for the treatment of neurogenic tinnitus.Methods Sixty patients with neurogenic tinnitus were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group received bee venom acupuncture combined with moxibustion with warming needle,and the control group received oral use of flunarizine hydrochloride capsules and mecobalamin.After treatment for 4 continuous weeks,the changes of mean air conduction hearing threshold,tinnitus degree,and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores before and after treatment were compared,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated in the two groups after treatment.Results(1)After treatment,the mean air conduction hearing threshold was improved in the two groups(P<0.01),and the improvement in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.01).(2)After treatment,the scores of tinnitus degree were improved in the two groups(P<0.01),and the improvement in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.01).(3)After treatment,the SDS scores were improved in the two groups(P<0.01),and the improvement in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.01).(4)The total effective rate was 83.33%in the treatment group and was 66.67%in the control group,and the curative efficacy of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bee venom acupuncture combined with moxibustion with warming needle has significant therapeutic effect for neurogenic tinnitus,being superior to the treatment with western medicine alone,can improve the hearing,tinnitus and possible accompanying depression in the patients.
