Origin and Development Situation of Scalp Acupuncture Therapy

头针疗法是临床上常用的一种微针疗法,在治疗脑源性疾病方面具有独特的疗效.本文简要介绍了头针疗法的发展历程,从头针疗法形成的古代理论基础、现代头针体系的学术流派以及头针穴名标准化方案建立三个方面对头针形成和发展的过程进行梳理和归纳.同时,本文对当前头针发展中存在的问题进行综合分析并对未来发展方向进行了展望,以期为采用头针疗法进行临床应用和研究的医生、科研工作者提供思路.

Scalp acupuncture therapy is a kind of microneedle therapy commonly used in clinic and has a unique curative effect on brain-derived diseases.This article briefly introduces the development history of scalp acupuncture therapy from three aspects:the ancient theoretical basis of scalp acupuncture,the academic genres of modern scalp acupuncture system and the establishment of standardized program of scalp acupuncture point naming.This article also makes a comprehensive analysis of the problems existing in the current development of scalp acupuncture and looks forward to the future development direction.The purpose of the article is to provide ideas and guidance for the practitioners and researchers who use scalp acupuncture for clinical application and basic research.
