摘要
主要从设备类型、钢片背胶、压制方法、辅助材料、接地开窗设计等方面,展开一系列针对性的实验,研究接合区域钢片塌陷的改善方法,力求解决FPCB边缘塌陷不良以及钢片相关可靠性问题。
This article mainly focuses on equipment type, backing glue of steel sheet, pressing method, auxiliary materials, design of grounding window opening, etc.to study the improvement methods of bonding area steel sheet collapse, and strive to solve the problem of poor edge collapse of FPCB soft plate in bonding zone and the reliability of steel sheet.
