摘要
为了解决电动汽车充电站建站选址过程中出现的重复投入、资源浪费等问题,使其一方面可以满足电动汽车用户的充电需求,另一方面还可以提高自身经济收益,本文依据某公司车桩一体平台所采集的新能源车运行数据和充电桩充电数据,结合公司的实际投资建设需求,在充分考虑了充电站的经济收入和各类投资费用后,以最小扭亏为盈年限作为目标函数,建立了充电站选址规划模型。为了验证模型的正确性,我们在初步给定的15个预选站点中,采用差分进化算法进行模型求解,得出各站点最小扭亏为盈年限以及所需配备的充电桩的个数。根据模型求解结果,发现站点6是以收回投资成本的最短年限为依据的最佳站点,而以年均收入为依据的最佳站点是站点1,这是与实际工作经验想吻合的。
In order to solve the problems of repeated investment and waste of resources in the construction of electric vehicle charging station sites,on the one hand,it can meet the charging needs of electric vehicle users,and on the other hand it can increase its own economic returns.Based on the new energy vehicle operation data and charging pile data collected by a company’s vehicle pile integrated platform,combined with the actual investment construction needs of the company,this paper takes the minimum profit from turning losses into profit as the target function after fully considering the economic income and various investment costs of the charging station.A site planning model for charging power station is established.In order to verify the correctness of the model,the differential evolution algorithm is used to solve the model of the 15 pre-selected sites,and the minimum turning loss to profit period and the number of charge piles required for each site are obtained.According to the results of the model solution,it is found that site 6 is the best site based on the shortest period of time to recover investment costs,and the best site based on average annual income is site 1,which is in accordance with actual work experience.
