摘要 针对涡旋压缩机传动系统动平衡参数优化设计,提出了一种在ISIGHT软件集成环境下动平衡优化设计方法和系统仿真流程。在ISIGHT环境中集成软件Pro/E、Adams和计算器,实现涡旋压缩机动平衡的多目标优化设计。以某型卧式涡旋压缩机为例,应用试验设计和遗传算法NSGA-Ⅱ对影响动平衡的10个结构参数进行优化,优化后传动系统动平衡综合性能有明显提高,分析结果验证了优化方法是可行有效的。 According to the optimization design for dynamic balance parameter of scroll compressor driven system,a kind of dynamic balance optimization design method and system simulation process in ISIGHT software integrated environment is proposed.In the ISIGHT environment,the software Pro/E,Adams and calculator are integrated to build a set of optimization and integration system,and achieved the dynamic balance of the scroll compressor transmission system of multi objective optimization design.For example,a horizontal scroll compressor was optimized using the experimental design and genetic algorithm NSGA-Ⅱon the impact of dynamic balance of 10 structural parameters,the optimized transmission system dynamic balance overall performance has improved significantly.Analysis results show that the optimization method is feasible and effective.
