摘要
以70DB型常规陆地石油钻机为例,结合油田现场实际用气工况,分析连续用气量最大工况,并得出压缩机流量选型计算公式,同时,计算出供气管路管径及压降,为后续供气系统设计提供参考。
Taking the type 70 DB conventional land oil drilling rig as an example,combined with the actual gas service conditions at the oil field,the working condition with the largest gas consumption was analyzed,and the calculation formula of compressor flow selection was obtained.At the same time,the diameter and pressure drop of air supply pipeline was calculated,which offerd reference for the subsequent design of air supply system.
