摘要 激光切割是激光加工应用最广泛的一项技术,激光切割机采用压缩空气作为辅助气体进行金属切割加工是一种常见的经济实用的加工方式。为达到最佳的工件切割效果,需要合理地选择和正确地应用空气压缩机。提出了根据喷嘴理论选择空气压缩机的方法,介绍了激光切割机采用压缩空气作为辅助气体切割加工需要注意的问题。 Laser cutting is one of the most widely used laser processing application.Laser cutting machine using compressed air as auxiliary gas for metal cutting is a common and economical processing method.In order to achieve the best workpiece cutting effect,it is necessary to properly select and correctly apply the air compressor.This paper proposed a metheod for selecting air compressor according to the nozzle theory,and introduced the problems that the laser cutting machine needs to pay attention to when using compressed air as auxiliary gas cutting process.
