具有三维结构石墨烯的制备及其作为药物载体的性能研究

摘要 石墨烯是一种结构特殊、性质优良的新型碳纤维材料,从它的高药物负载率和良好的生物相容性可以看出石墨烯在医药方面的使用价值。本实验先将石墨粉通过氧化等反应制备成氧化石墨烯,再将氧化石墨烯制备成三维氧化石墨烯纳米材料,接着在一系列条件下负载青霉素V钾,并检测其负载性能。 Graphene is a new type of carbon fiber material with special structure and excellent properties. Its high drug loading rate and good biocompatibility can show the application value of graphene in medicine. In this experiment, graphene oxide was prepared from graphite powder through oxidation and other reactions, then magnetic graphene nanomaterials were prepared from the graphene oxide, and then penicillin V potassium was loaded under a series of conditions and its loading performance was tested.
