摘要 通过评价抑制剂对沥青质沉淀点、沉淀量、沉淀尺寸,研究了沥青质抑制剂对沉淀的影响,研究表明加入不同浓度抑制剂能够推迟沥青质沉淀初始点,相对应的沉淀量大幅降低,沉淀尺寸随着抑制剂的加量也相应减小,说明抑制剂能够较好的抑制沥青质沉淀析出。通过红外光谱、扫描电镜、XRD等表征表明抑制剂能够通过改变沥青质分子的极性、发生氢键作用、分散沥青质分子、吸附或嵌入沥青质分子片层等多种作用,抑制沥青质的析出,并且对沥青质沉淀具有较好的分散作用,极好的抑制了沥青质沉淀。 By evaluating the effect of inhibitors on asphaltene precipitation point, sediment amount, sediment size, it was found that the addition of different concentrations of inhibitors delayed the initial point of asphaltene precipitation, and the corresponding precipitation amount was greatly reduced as well as sediment size, indicating that the inhibitor can better inhibit the precipitation of asphaltenes. Characterization by infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy and XRD indicated that the inhibitor inhibited the precipitation of asphaltene by changing the polarity of the asphaltene molecules, hydrogen bonding, dispersion of asphaltene molecules, adsorption or embedding of asphaltene molecular sheets, and it had good dispersion effect on the asphaltene sediment, the asphaltene precipitation was excellently suppressed.
