With the continuous development of Sino-US Trade War,the issue of disputed intellectual property protection standard in international community has becoming increasingly prominent. Developed countries led by the United States continue to exert pressure on developing countries,and trade protectionism and unilateralism under the trend of counter-globalization have risen. At the same time,the predicament of the existing international intellectual property protection rules has led to the development of"TRIPS-Plus". Western countries are seeking to adopt higher protection standards than the TRIPS Agreement,and developing countries need to take it seriously and be cautious. Under the background of global economic governance,it is necessary to discuss the connotation of"TRIPS-Plus standard",and to comb its historical development and evolution to explore its internal causes and possible development trends. Despite the inevitable conflicts of interest between developed and developing countries and LDCs,in the field of intellectual property,there are different understandings and propositions on the issue of"TRIPS-Plus",economic globalization is the trend of world economic development,it is impossible to escape from the general environment and background of economic globalization and the irreversible development trend of "TRIPS-Plus".Members of international community should adhere to the win-win cooperation and share the value of intellectual property rights thus jointly face the development trend of "TRIPS-Plus"for intellectual property protection rationality.
