摘要
熔融沉积成型技术在成型过程中的多个因素、环节都可能引起成型件的精度误差。基于常用机械零件法兰的精度为对象,使用ANSYS软件的单元生死技术和APDL命令流,通过模拟逐层堆积过程,研究探索了成型件在成型过程中采用不同工艺参数值下对成型件温度场的影响规律,并在优化改造成型设备的基础上进行成型试验。通过测量成型件的尺寸和翘曲变形值,研究得出使法兰件精度最优的分层厚度、成型室温度和扫描速度的工艺参数组合。提出的提高成型件精度的措施对熔融沉积成型工艺具有一定的实用参考价值。
Many factors and links in the molding process of Fused Deposition Modeling Technology may cause precision errors of molded parts.Based on the accuracy of flange of common mechanical parts,using ANSYS unit birth and death technology and APDL command stream,by simulating the accumulation process layer by layer,research explores the influence rule of different process parameters on the temperature field of shaped parts in the forming process.On the basis of optimizing and reforming the forming equipment,the forming test is carried out.By measuring the dimensional accuracy and warping deformation value of the molded parts,the combination of technological parameters such as layer thickness,temperature of forming chamber and scanning speed to optimize the accuracy of flange parts is obtained.The measures to improve the precision of the forming parts are of practical reference value to the modeling deposition molding process.
