惯习、礼法与秩序：近世清水江下游地区的“关系清白”研究——基于对“三类‘清白’文书”的考察

通过对目前锦屏、天柱文书所搜藏的少量"清白"文书进行观察发现,主要分为三种类型,即处纠、"避争"与纠错类。三种类型的"清白"文书在近世社会经济生活不同领域中的表达实践,主要体现为惯习、礼法与秩序三者的有机统一。"清白"文书被重新定义,有助于我们重新认识和理解区域少数民族传统社会经济秩序的构建并为之提供新的借鉴。

Through the observation of a small number of "innocence" documents collected by Jinping and Tianzhu documents, it is found that There are three main types,That is, settlement of disputes, "avoid dispute" and error correction.It isthe expression practice of different types of " QingBai title documents " in different fields of social and economic in the early of life,it is mainly reflected in the organic unity of habituation, integrity and order. The "QingBai title document " has been redefined to provide new reference for us to re-understand and understand the construction of traditional social and economic order in minority regions.
