摘要 针对当前激光切割机人机交互信息界面集成性和智能性不好的问题,提出一种基于信息融合的激光切割机人机交互体验设计方法。设计的激光切割机人机交互信息系统分为激光切割参数计算模块、MVB集成控制模块、总线控制模块以及信息界面交互模块,采用嵌入式的ARM和扩展总线技术进行物联网环境下的激光切割机人机交互信息传输和资源调度,构建人机交互信息数据库,采用GUI渲染技术进行人机交互信息界面设计,结合业务质量监控的RTCP控制结构字进行激光切割机人机交互信息系统的信息融合处理,采用集中式控制方式进行激光切割机人机交互界面设计。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行激光切割机人机交互信息界面设计的可视化效果较好,提高了激光切割的精度和人机交互性。 A design method of human-computer interaction experience for laser cutting machine based on informa-tion fusion is proposed to solve the problem of poor integration and intelligence of human-computer interaction informa-tion interface in laser cutting machine.The human-computer interactive information system of laser cutting machine is divided into laser cutting parameter calculation module,MVB integrated control mode,user information interaction mod-ule and information interface interaction module.Based on embedded ARM and extended bus technology,the interac-tive information transmission and resource scheduling of laser cutting machine under the environment of Internet of things are carried out,and the human-computer interactive information database is constructed,and the human-com-puter interactive information interface is designed by using GUI rendering technology.Combined with the RTCP control structure word of service quality monitoring,the information fusion of the human-computer interactive information sys-tem of laser cutting machine is carried out,and the human-computer interface of laser cutting machine is designed by using centralized control mode.The simulation results show that the visualization effect of the design of human-comput-er interactive information interface of laser cutting machine is good,and the precision and human-machine interaction of laser cutting are improved.
