城市更新背景下的老旧小区更新改造实践与探索——以昆山市中华北村更新改造为例

Practice and Exploration on the Regeneration of Old Residential Areas under the Background of Urban Renewal:A Case Study of the Regeneration of Zhonghua North Village of Kunshan

老旧小区更新改造是城市有机更新的组成部分。基于城市更新的背景,解读老旧小区更新改造的多维度内涵,结合昆山中华北村改造实践,探讨了老旧小区更新的理念、方法、改造内容,以及在激活地区发展、推动城市治理转型等方面的积极意义。提出老旧小区更新改造应以人的发展为核心,包含行动和机制两个层面,并关注周边建成环境的优化,实现地区发展活力的整体提升。

The regeneration of old residential areas is a component of urban organic renewal.Under the background of urban renewal,this article explains the multi-dimensional connotation in the regeneration of old residential areas.Taking the regeneration of Zhonghua North Village of Kunshan as an example,we explore the idea,method and content of the regeneration of old residential areas,as well as its role in activating regional development and promoting urban management transformation.We propose that the regeneration of old residential areas should center on human development with two aspects of action and mechanism,attach importance to the optimization of peripheral built environment and achieve an overall improvement of the vitality of regional development.
