摘要
以辽宁省375家参与产学研协同创新的企业为样本,利用Hansen门槛模型,在测算人力资本投入门槛的基础上,实证分析R&D投入对产学研协同创新的影响。结果表明:R&D投入与产学研协同创新绩效存在非线性关系;R&D投入能促进产学研协同创新,但其促进作用大小受两个人力资本投入门槛的影响而呈现"阶梯型",过高或过低的人力资本投入都不利于R&D投入发挥作用;只有不到一半的企业人力资本投入处于使R&D投入高效率的最优区间;企业规模、开放程度和设备投入等因素对产学研协同创新的作用都受到人力资本投入门槛的影响;各个行业在跨越自身的人力资本投入门槛后,R&D投入的效率都显著增大。
As the samples including 375 SMEs which take part in the industry-university-research collabrative innovation of Liaoning province, this paper uses threshold model of Hansen to test the influence of R&D investment on the performance of industry-university-research collabrative innovation, which based on the threshold estimates about human capital investment. It is found that R&D investment and the performance of industry-university-research collabrative innovation is nonlinear. R&D investment can promote the collaborative innovation performance, but its role in promoting is affected by human capital investment threshold and presented as ladder-type. Too high or too low investment in human capital is not conducive to the role of R&D the relationship between investment. There are only about half of the companies whose human capital investment are in the optimum range to make R&D investment in high efficiency. Scale, openness, equipment investment and other factors on the role of industry-university-research collabrative innovation are all affected by human capital investment threshold. After crossing its threshold of human capital investment, R&D investment will significantly increase the efficiency in various industries.
