摘要
基于优势互补理论,探究授权型领导和主动性人格通过工作重塑对员工创新服务行为的交互效应。通过两阶段的问卷调研,321份数据显示授权型领导直接和通过工作重塑间接影响创新服务行为。同时,主动性人格调节授权型领导对工作重塑和创新服务行为的影响。
Based on the theory of dominance complementarity, this study explores the interactive effects of empowering leadership and proactive personality on employee innovative service behavior via job crafting. Through a two-stage questionnaire survey, data from 321 participants shows that empowering leadership directly and indirectly affect innovative service behavior through work reshaping. Meanwhile, proactive personality moderates the effect of empowering leadership on job crafting and innovative service behavior.
