摘要
本文介绍了18CrNiMo7-6钢在退火态电解加工孔时出现粗糙度较差的现象,分析了产生这种现象的机理,通过电解前采用调质态改善了电解后粗糙度,满足了客户要求。
The phenomenon of poor roughness of annealed 18 CrNiMo7-6 steel during electrolytic the processing hole is introduced in this paper, the mechanism of this phenomenon is analyzed, and the roughness after electrolysis is improved through adoptting quenched and tempering state before electrolysis, which meets the requirements of customer.
