摘要 粉末喷涂技术最早起源于欧洲,其主要优点为无溶剂、无污染,成为当今铝加工行业一项重要的表面处理方式,在喷涂过程中需要进行固化热处理,聚酯粉末经过加热后产生的有机废气往往是该行业所忽视的。近年来国家越来越重视环保,有机废气相关排放标准越来越严格,尤其对企业要求,有机废气的排放必须实施减排措施,因此本文综述了铝加工行业粉末喷涂过程有机废气现状及控制措施。 Powder spraying technology originated in Europe at first. Its main advantages are solvent-free and pollution-free,and it has become an important surface treatment method in the aluminium processing industry nowadays. Curing heat treatment is needed in the spraying process,and the organic waste gas produced by heating polyester powder is often neglected in this industry. In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to environmental protection, and the emission standards of organic waste gases are becoming stricter and stricter. Especially for enterprises, emission reduction measures must be implemented. The status quo and control measures of organic waste gases in powder spraying process of aluminium processing industry are summarized in this paper.
