摘要
针对550A磨球钢圆钢断裂的问题,取样进行宏观形貌、成分、金相组织、扫描电镜等理化性能检测分析,同时对生产过程进行详细调查。结果表明,生产过程中圆钢弯曲大,冷却速度快,后续未经去应力处理直接矫直,应力过大导致圆钢产生裂纹甚至断裂。通过原因分析,采取相应措施有效地避免了圆钢断裂。
Aiming at the fracture of 550 A steel rod for grinding ball, the physical and chemical properties were tested and analyzed by macro-morphology, composition, microstructure and scanning electron microscopy etc., and the productive process was investigated in detail. The results show that the steel rod have large bending and fast cooling speed in the productive process, and the subsequent straightening without stress relief treatment directly, which results in cracking or even fracture of the steel rod due to excessive stress. The fracture of steel rod is effectively avoided by the cause analysis and corresponding measures.
