保险视角下公共建筑工程质量风险诊断模型

Quality Risk Diagnosis Model of Public Construction Projects from the Perspective of Insurance

为有效解决公共建筑日益突出的工程质量问题,基于工程质量保险的优势建立公共建筑工程质量风险诊断模型。结合公共建筑关注度高、结构类型多变、建造过程复杂等工程质量风险特征,构建公共建筑工程质量风险诊断指标体系;考虑保后实际需求与诊断指标的主客观综合性,采取组合赋权的方式确定权重,建立基于D-S证据理论的工程质量风险诊断模型;并经案例分析说明诊断结果与实际情况相契合,验证了模型的有效性。

In order to effectively solve the problems related to the quality of public buildings,this paper utilized the advantages of engineering quality insurance to establish a quality risk diagnosis model for public buildings.The engineering quality risk characteristics of public buildings,including high attention,changeable structure types and complicated construction process,are integrated to establish a quality risk diagnosis index system for public buildings.By comprehensively considering the subjective and objective aspects and the actual demand behind insurance and the diagnostic indexes,the method of combination weighting is adopted to determine the indicator weight,and a engineering quality risk diagnostic model based on D-S evidence theory is established.A case study shows that the diagnosis results are consistent with the actual situation and the validity of the model is verified.
