广元市妇产科护理人员同情心疲乏及职业认同的相关因素调查 被引量:4

Investigation on related factors of sympathy fatigue and professional identity of obstetrics and gynecology nurses in Guangyuan

摘要 目的调查妇产科护理人员的同情心疲乏、职业认同现状及相关因素。方法采用整群抽样法抽取2018年3-8月广元市6所医院妇产科护理人员243名作为调查对象,调查一般资料、专业生活品质量表(Pro-QOL)和职业认同评定量表(PIS),分析二者相关因素。结果共发放问卷250份,回收有效问卷243份,有效回收率为97.20%。护士Pro-QOL和PIS平均分分别为(2.96±0.42)和(3.26±0.45)分。Pro-QOL和PIS评分呈明显负相关(r=-0.439,P<0.05)。Logistic多元分层回归分析显示,同情心疲劳可解释31.8%的职业认同变异,是职业认同降低的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论妇产科护理人员容易出现同情心疲乏,职业认同处于中等偏上水平,同情心疲乏对职业认同有负面影响。 Objective To investigate the sympathetic fatigue,occupational identity and related factors of obstetrics and gynecology nurses. Methods A total of 243 obstetrics and gynecology nurses from 6 hospitals in Guangyuan from March to August 2018 were selected by cluster sampling method. General information,professional quality of life scale(Pro-QOL)and professional identity rating scale(PIS)were investigated to analyze the related factors. Results In this study,a total of 250 questionnaires were issued and 243 were effectively recovered,with an effective recovery rate of 97.20%. The average scores of Pro-QOL and PIS of nurses were(2.96±0.42)and(3.26±0.45). There was a significant negative correlation between Pro-QOL and PIS score(r=-0.439,P<0.05). Logistic multivariate stratified regression analysis showed that compassion fatigue could explain 31.8% variation of occupational identity,and was an independent risk factor for occupational identity reduction(P<0.05). Conclusions Obstetrics and gynecology nurses are prone to sympathy fatigue,and their professional identity is above the average level.
