西南地区野菊花挥发油主要成分和抗菌活性研究 被引量:15

Chemical components and antibacterial activity of essential oil from Fols chrysanthemi indici in Southwest China

摘要 目的比较中国西南地区4个不同产地野菊花挥发油化学成分的差异以及抑菌活性,为野菊花的质量控制及其药理活性研究提供实验依据。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取野菊花挥发油,比较不同产地的出油率及色泽;应用气相色谱-质谱联用仪对其化学成分进行分析,经面积归一化法计算各成分的相对含量;并采用纸片扩散法和最小抑菌浓度的测定结果,评价各产地挥发油对4种常见致病菌的抑菌活性。结果4个产地挥发油共鉴定出77种成分,云南、重庆、贵州、四川产地的样品分别鉴定出44、39、38、43种成分,其中16种成分为4个产地共有。抑菌实验显示,各产地野菊花挥发油对铜绿假单胞菌均无抑制作用;对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、鲍曼不动杆菌均有不同程度的抑制作用。结论挥发油是野菊花的重要药效成分,不同产地挥发油的得率、成分及药效有一定的差异。 Objective To provide experimental evidence for effective control of the quality and pharmacological activity of Fols chrysanthemi indici,by analyzing and comparing the chemical components and antibacterial activities of its essential oils from 4 areas in Southwest China.Methods The essential oil was extracted by steam distillation,following the comparison of oil yield and color.The chemical constituents were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)and the relative content of each component was calculated by area normalization method.The antibacterial activity of essential oil from various producing areas on 4 common pathogenic bacteria was evaluated by paper diffusion method and minimum inhibitory concentration.Results A total of 77 compounds were identified from the essential oil from the 4 areas.Yunnan,Chongqing,Guizhou,and Sichuan areas contained 44,39,38,and 43 compounds,respectively.There were 16 common compounds in the 4 areas.The bacteriostasis experiments showed that the essential oil from different areas had no inhibition on Pseudomonas aeruginosa,but had different degrees of inhibition on Staphylococcus aureus,Staphylococcus epidermidis and Acinetobacter baumannii,respectively.Conclusion Essential oil is an important effective component of Fols chrysanthemi indici.The yield,composition and efficacy of volatile oil from different producing areas have certain differences.
