功劳去火胶囊质量标准的改进研究

Improvement in quality standard for Gonglao Quhuo capsule

目的提高功劳去火胶囊的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法定性鉴别黄柏、黄芩和栀子;采用高效液相色谱梯度洗脱法,同时测定处方中盐酸小檗碱、黄芩苷和栀子苷的含量。结果以盐酸黄柏碱对照品、黄芩对照药材、栀子对照药材为对照,薄层色谱斑点清晰,专属性强;栀子苷、黄芩苷、盐酸小檗碱分别在0.022~0.432μg、0.062~1.233μg、0.021~0.421μg与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率分别为97.3%(RSD为2.0%)、101.0%(RSD为1.8%)、97.7%(RSD为1.4%)。结论本方法可操作性强,重现性好,可用于功劳去火胶囊的定性和定量研究。

Objective To improve the quality standard of Gonglao Quhuo capsule.Methods TLC was used to identify cortex phellodendron,radix scutellariae and fructus gardeniae.The contents of berberine hydrochloride,baicalin and geniposide in the prescription were determined by HPLC with gradient elution.Results The control drug of phellodendrine hydrochloride,the control drug of scutellaria baicalensis and the control drug of gardenia gardeniae were used as the control drug,TLC spots were clear and specific.The linear range of gardenoside,baicalin,berberine were at 0.022-0.432μg,0.062-1.233μg,0.021-0.421μg,respectively.The average recovery of gardenoside,baicalin,berberine were 97.3%(RSD=2.0%),101.0%(RSD=1.8%),and 97.7%(RSD=1.4%).Conclusion The method has strong maneuverability and good reproducibility,and can be used for the qualitative and quantitative of Gonglao Quhuo capsules.
