摘要 目的建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定磷酸氢二钠中钙(Ca)、铁(Fe)、镁(Mg)、铝(Al)、钡(Ba)、铜(Cu)、砷(As)、铬(Cr)、镉(Cd)、汞(Hg)、铅(Pb)元素含量。方法采用ICP-MS法进行测定,通过在线加入内标元素来校正测量结果,减少仪器信号漂移干扰和样品基体效应。样品用1%的硝酸溶解后进样。结果各元素在对应线性范围内与信号值线性关系良好(r在0.997~1.000);回收率均在86.82%~106.0%(n=6)。结论该方法快速、准确、操作简便,可用于磷酸氢二钠中多种金属元素的含量测定。 Objective To establish the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) to determine Ca, Fe, Mg, Al, Ba, Cu, As, Cr, Cd, Hg, and Pb in disodium hydrogen phosphate dodecahydrate. Methods The signal drift and the interference of matrix effect were reduced through online joining the internal standard solution to calibrate measurement results. The sample was dissolved in 1% nitric acid solution and directly measured. Results The standard curves showed good linear relationship(r was 0.997-1.000). The recovery was 86.82%-106.0%(n = 6). Conclusion The method is rapid, accurate and simple, and can be used to determine the metal elements in disodium hydrogen phosphate dodecahydrate.
