摘要
对门外板棱线进行了冲压缺陷原因分析和实物验证研究,得出冲压缺陷主要由设计缺陷和制造缺陷组成,设计缺陷可通过制造工艺和零件结构设计消除,但制造缺陷无法通过有效方法解决。针对不同棱线冲压缺陷,从设计到制造进行了不同的方法研究及实物验证,得到棱线滑移、开裂和细小特征棱线不清晰的解决措施,使设计的零件与实物一致性达90%以上,提高了模具制造精度和零件成形质量,并研究了1副针对小圆角模具的制造方法,为后续车型开发提供参考。
The causes of outer plate characteristic line were analyzed and physical verified.The stamping defects were mainly caused by design defects and manufacturing defects. Design defects could be removed by optimizing the manufacturing process and parts structure design, while manufacturing defects could not be solved by effective methods. According to different characteristic line stamping defects, the different methods were studied to solve the characteristic line sliping, cracking and unclear small characteristics line. It made the consistency of design part and material object more than 90%, which improved the mould manufacturing accuracy and parts quality. Also, the manufacturing method of a mould with small fillet was studied, which provided reference for the development of subsequent models.
