多次切割中钼丝抖动影响因素分析

摘要 通过对快走丝线切割机实施多次切割工艺的分析可知,影响工件切割质量的主要因素是钼丝的运行抖动,对影响钼丝运行抖动的因素进行分析得到提高钼丝运行质量的措施。实践表明,通过对快走丝线切割机进行适当改造和采用合适的切割工艺,在快走丝线切割机上实施多次切割工艺得到的工件质量满足使用要求。 It was found that the main factor affecting the cutting quality was the running jitter of molybdenum wire based on the analysis of the multiple cutting processesin fast wire cutting machine. After analyzing the factors affecting the running jitter of molybdenum wire, the technical measures to improve the running quality of molybdenum wire were obtained. The practice showed that the product quality could meet the application requirement by implementing multiple cutting technology on fast-moving wire-cutting machineafter reforming and adopting suitable cutting technology.
