应用型本科院校校企合作创新创业教育基地建设模式研究与实践——以湖南人文科技学院——林海苗木花卉校企合作创新创业教育基地为例

本文以湖南人文科技学院--林海苗木花卉校企合作创新创业教育基地为例,介绍应用型本科院校校企合作创新创业教育基地建设模式。本模式以大学生创新创业教育为中心,以实践教学基地建设为切入点,从娄底的实际出发,对应用型本科院校农业类人才创新创业模式进行改革探索,采取"公益性服务、市场化运营"以及"先参与、再主导"的实训与孵化模式,构建农业类专业发展急需的创新创业型人才培养基地。

This paper introduces the construction mode of the cooperative innovation and entrepreneurship education base in applied undergraduate colleges and universities, taking the cooperative innovation and entrepreneurship education base of Hunan University of Humanities, Science and Technology-Linhai Nursery and Flower School-enterprise as an example. This model takes the innovation and entrepreneurship education of college students as the center, the construction of practical teaching base as the breakthrough point, proceeds from Loudi’s reality, carries on the reform and exploration to the innovation and entrepreneurship mode of agricultural talents in applied undergraduate colleges and universities, adopts the training and incubation model of "public welfare service, market operation" and "first participation, then dominance". We should build an innovative and entrepreneurial talent training base urgently needed for the development of agricultural specialties.
