Research on Quality Management of Undergraduate Thesis Based on the Perspective of Secondary Faculty

本科毕业论文质量作为高校办学质量的重要指标,受到社会各界瞩目。尽管当前毕业论文质量管理存在重视程度不够、质量把关不严、流程设置有疏漏和总结工作不到位等问题,但立足二级学院管理工作实际,从及时沟通上下游组织和个人、对管理环节设置严格标准、确保闭环化管理和重视总结工作等角度采取措施,对改善论文质量将具有积极意义。

The quality of undergraduate thesis is an important indicator of the quality of colleges and universities, and it has aroused more and more attention of society. There are some problems in the current quality management of graduation thesis,for example, some colleges have insufficient attention to the graduation thesis quality, and the quality of the paper is not strict,meanwhile, omission of process settings and insufficient work of summarization are problems which have negative impact on the quality of the thesis. Combining the management practice of secondary faculty, we could take some corresponding measures to improve the poor condition, which includes timely communication among secondary colleges, its superiors and subordinates, and setting strict standards in the process of paper quality management, ensuring closed-loop management and attaching importance to summing up work.
