基于现代学徒制的空乘学生顶岗实习模式探讨

On the Internship Model of Flight Attendant Students Based on Modern Apprenticeship System

当前我国科学技术发展越来越快,国民生活水平日益提高,而当前顶岗实习在我国院校所占地位也越来越重要,如何在现代学徒制的发展下,进一步推动定岗学习模式的发展,进而建立长效的顶岗实习模式,实现现代化的管理,是现阶段我国院校重视的问题。本文通过对于现阶段我国现代学徒制下顶岗实习模式现存的问题作为切入点,进一步对于目前实现现代学徒制下空乘学生顶岗实习的条件进行分析,探究现代学徒制基础下空乘学生顶岗实习的基本执行思路。

At present, the development of science and technology in our country is faster and faster, and the national living standard is improving day by day. At present, the position of post practice in our colleges and universities is becoming more and more important. How to further promote the development of post-setting learning mode under the development of modern apprenticeship system, and then establish a long-term post practice mode to realize modern management? At present, our colleges and universities attach great importance to it. Based on the existing problems of the modern apprenticeship practice mode in our country at this stage, this paper further analyzes the conditions of realizing the modern apprenticeship practice for the flight attendants, and explores the basic implementation ideas of the modern apprenticeship practice for the flight attendants.
