基于现代学徒制的高职汽修专业模块式教学探究——以“汽车电气设备构造与维修”课程为例

Research on Modular Teaching of Automobile Repair Major in Higher Vocational Education Based on Modern Apprenticeship System——Taking the Course of "Construction and Maintenance of Automotive Electrical Equipment" as an example

高职院校培养现代汽修专业人才,离不开校企合作、产教融合。现代学徒制是为进一步加强校企合作,培养创新技能人才的一种人才培养模式;模块式教学是近年来高等职业教育领域中一种先进的教学模式。为探究基于人才培养体制下的教学方式,以江苏城市职业学院(连云港办学点)汽车检测与维修专业课程-"汽车电气设备构造与维修"为研究对象,探索解决高职教育人才培养机制问题。

The training of modern automobile repair professionals in higher vocational colleges is inseparable from school-enterprise cooperation and integration of production and education. Modern apprenticeship is a mode of talent training to further strengthen school-enterprise cooperation and cultivate innovative skilled personnel. Modular teaching is an advanced teaching mode in the field of higher vocational education in recent years. In order to explore the teaching method based on the talent training system, this paper takes the course of Automobile Testing and Maintenance of Jiangsu City Vocational College(Lianyungang School) as the research object, and explores how to solve the problem of talent training mechanism in higher vocational education.
