高校基层党组织“新时代党建育人工程”的构建——以沈阳理工大学信息科学与工程学院为例

为全面贯彻落实党的十九大精神,把党建工作融入到大学生思想政治教育、学习科研、志愿服务等各个方面。学院以教工党员、学生党员为主要参与者,以提高在校大学生综合素质能力,充分发挥党员先锋模范作用,增强党员先进性为目标,探索新时代党建育人工程体系方法和途径。

In order to fully implement the spirit of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Party building work should be integrated into the ideological and political education, learning and scientific research, voluntary service and other aspects of college students. In order to improve the comprehensive quality and ability of college students,give full play to the vanguard and exemplary role of Party members, and enhance the advanced nature of Party members, the college aims to explore ways and means of the project system of Party building and education in the new era.
