党建引领高校创新创业教育的机理与机制探究 被引量:5

摘要 开展创新创业教育是新形势下时代赋予高校的历史使命。当前,创新创业教育实践中还存在教育理念上缺乏明确的价值引领、教育模式上缺乏清晰的顶层设计、教育主体上缺乏足够的骨干带动等若干现实问题,这充分显示了强化党建引领的必要性。本文分析了党建引领创新创业教育的内在机理,认为既是加强党的全面领导的必然要求,也是党建工作与创新创业教育深度融合、双向促进的必然选择。构建谋划、动员、执行、保障、评估"五位一体"的完整闭环机制,才能使党建引领高校创新创业教育从"应然"变成"实然"。 To carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education is the historical mission entrusted to colleges and Universities under the new situation. At present, there are still some practical problems in the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship education, such as the lack of clear value guidance in educational concept, the lack of clear top-level design in educational mode, and the lack of sufficient backbone drive in educational subject, which fully shows the necessity of strengthening the leadership of Party building. This paper analyses the inherent mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship education led by Party building, and holds that it is not only an inevitable requirement for strengthening the Party’s overall leadership, but also an inevitable choice for the deep integration and two-way promotion of Party building and innovation and entrepreneurship education. Only by constructing a complete closed-loop mechanism of "five in one" for planning, mobilization, execution,guarantee and evaluation, can the Party’s construction lead the innovation and entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities from "should" to "reality".
