商务日语课程中索赔操作实务及应对策略研究

Research on Claim Operation Practice and Countermeasure in Business Japanese Course

目前高职院校在发展过程中正积极探索外语与贸易的结合。传统的商务日语课程存在授课时只有单纯知识点的讲解,缺乏操作实务的指导,导致学生学习积极性较弱,授课效果不明显的特点。商务日语课程作为日语专业的核心课程,应积极结合日语专业人才培养方案,适应外贸行业发展的需要,强调操作实务。以"索赔"为切入点,让学生在对外贸易中,掌握处理索赔事件相关的商贸知识、商业习惯以及日文索赔信的写作要求等,提高学生的职业素养、语言应用能力、交流沟通能力等,积极培养能够胜任对外交流和贸易的复合型人才。

At present, higher vocational colleges are actively exploring the integration of foreign language and trade in the process of development. The traditional business Japanese course has the characteristics of simple explanation of knowledge points and lack of guidance of practical operation, which leads to students’ weak learning enthusiasm and ineffective teaching effect. Business Japanese course, as the core course of Japanese major, should actively combine with the training program of Japanese professionals to meet the needs of the development of foreign trade industry and emphasize operational practice. Taking "claim" as the breakthrough point, let students master the relevant business knowledge, business habits and writing requirements of Japanese claim letters in foreign trade, improve students’ professional accomplishment, language application ability and communication ability, and actively cultivate the compound person who can be competent for foreign exchange and trade.
