新时代改进创新军校政治理论课参观见学的思考——以国防科技大学和长沙周边教学实践为例

Reflections on Improving and Innovating the Political Theory Course of Military Academy in the New Era——Taking National University of Defense Technology and Changsha Peripheral Teaching Practice as an Example

参观见学这种校外实践教学形式,已由复杂的系统工程开始向经验性工作转变,进入守正创新的新阶段。随着中国特色社会主义进入新时代,参观见学如何不断深化、不断提高,开创新局面的问题,日益成为军校政治理论课教学中的"老旧"新课题。新时代军校政治理论课组织参观见学呈现出一系列特征,内在逻辑具有新内涵、基本特征呈现新趋势、构成要素有了新发展,需要做好顶层设计,制定实践教学计划;统筹规划各阶段各项工作,实现全程规范;科学遴选参观地;健全保障体系;改进考核评价方式;加强教员队伍建设,确保高效有序开展。

Visiting and learning, as a form of off-campus practical teaching, has changed from complex system engineering to experiential work and entered a new stage of upholding integrity and innovation. As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era, the problem of how to deepen, improve and create a new situation has increasingly become an old and new topic in the teaching of political theory in military academies. In the new era, there are a series of characteristics in organizing visits to military academies’ political theory courses, including new connotations, new trends in basic features and new developments in constituent elements. It is necessary to do a good job in top-level design, formulate practical teaching plans, plan all stages of work in an overall way to achieve the whole process of standardization, and scientifically select visiting sites. Improve the security system;improve the assessment and evaluation methods;strengthen the construction of teaching staff to ensure efficient and orderly development.
