心理健康教育融入高校学生管理工作的模式思考

Thinking on the Model of Integrating Psychological Health Education into the Management of College Students

在高校管理工作中,高校学生的管理难度逐渐提升,很大一部分原因是国家提倡的扩招政策造成的,高校生数量的急速上升,使得学生管理工作压力增加。基于此,本文先阐述了高校的心理健康教育现状,然后在明确其融入高校学生管理工作的目标定位及操作模式后,提出合理的融入策略,进而提升学生管理工作效率。

In the management of colleges and universities, the difficulty of students’ management is gradually increasing. A large part of the reason is the expansion policy advocated by the state. The rapid increase in the number of students in colleges and universities has increased the pressure of students’ management. Based on this, this paper first expounds the current situation of mental health education in colleges and universities, and then puts forward reasonable integration strategies to improve the efficiency of student management after clarifying its target orientation and operation mode.
