摘要 近年来,到华留学生数量不断增加,留学生教学已成为各大医学院校重要教学工作之一,探索出体系化的教学模式已成为留学生教育的当务之急。我院在留学生的临床实习教学过程中,采用TBL教学模式,联合在我院住院医师规范化培训的硕士研究生和留学生组成"一对一"结伴学习,通过关注留学生的生活及宗教信仰,实施多种教学方法,不断完善培养模式,探索出初步的联合教学体系,以促进留学生教学质量的提高。 The number of international students in our country is increasing in recent years,the teaching of international students has become one of the important teaching tasks in medical colleges.It has become an urgent task for overseas students to explore systematic teaching mode.During the clinical practice teaching of international students,"one-to-one"study partners will be formed by combining master’s students who have received standardized training of resident physicians in our hospital with overseas students under the TBL teaching mode.Implementing a variety of teaching methods,and constantly improving the training mode by paying attention to the life and religious beliefs of overseas students,,the quality of overseas students’teaching can be improved.
