面向能力培养和过程管理的全过程设计评价体系

摘要 基于全过程桥梁设计课程实践,提出了面向能力培养和过程管理的新型评价体系。通过分阶段考核,强化了对设计过程的有效管控,直接对能力进行分项加权考核,符合课程建设的基本目标,引入集体考核替代传统的依靠指导教师考核,突出了公允性。通过开展问卷调查评估实践效果,结果显示:学生对于新型评价体系给予了充分的肯定和积极的评价,在强化过程管控、注重能力培养和体系公允性上效果显著,成绩评定结果能有效体现能力培养和专业素质提升的课程建设初衷。本次全过程桥梁设计课程评价体系改革的实践经验可为同类院校的相关专业教学改革提供参考和借鉴。 Based on the practice of bridge design course in the whole process, a new evaluation system for ability training and process management is proposed. Through phased assessment, the effective management and control of the design process are strengthened, and the ability is assessed by weighted items directly, which accords with the basic goal of curriculum construction. The introduction of collective assessment instead of traditional assessment by instructors highlights fairness. Through conducting a questionnaire survey to evaluate the practical effect, the results show that the students have given full affirmation and positive evaluation to the new evaluation system, which has achieved remarkable results in strengthening process control,emphasizing ability cultivation and system fairness. The results of performance evaluation can effectively reflect the initial course construction of ability cultivation and professional quality improvement. The practical experience of the whole process of bridge design course evaluation system reform can provide reference and reference for the related professional teaching reform of similar universities.
