小学教育惩戒现状的调查与对策研究

Investigation and Countermeasure Research on the Current Situation of Punishment in Primary Education

当前社会环境下,赏识教育和快乐教育的盛行,使得教育惩戒手段越来越受到人们的诟病。而作为教育管理的一种重要方式,教育惩戒在教育教学管理中是无法避免、不可或缺的。故为了解小学教育教学管理中惩戒手段使用的情况及存在的问题,本研究选择阜阳市五所小学进行抽样调查。并基于此,提出营造良好的社会支持氛围;建立健全相关法律法规;加强教师培训,提高教师素质;以促进学生发展为目的,选用灵活的惩戒方式等措施,以保障小学教育惩戒的合理、有效的实施。

In the current social environment,the prevalence of appreciation education and happy education makes the means of education punishment more and more criticized by people.As an important way of education management,education punishment is inevitable and indispensable in education and teaching management.Therefore,in order to understand the use of disciplinary measures in primary education and teaching management and the existing problems,this study selected five primary schools in Fuyang City to conduct a sample survey.Based on this,it puts forward some measures,such as creating a good social support atmosphere,establishing and perfecting relevant laws and regulations,strengthening teacher training and improving teachers’quality,and choosing flexible punishment methods for the purpose of promoting students’development,in order to ensure the rational and effective implementation of punishment in primary education.
