当代大学生就业树立正确的就业观念至关重要,通常来说,高校大学生就业受到了就业环境、就业观念以及就业趋势三个方面影响,在"一带一路"倡议思想影响下,要提高当代大学生的就业能力就业从以市场导向为基准增加大学生的就业范围、加强政府领导,健全政策方针、建立合理的用人单位管理体系、创新高校学生人才培养计划、不断加强大学生的整体素养五个方面进行。

It is of great importance to establish a correct concept of employment for contemporary college students. Generally speaking, the employment of university students is influenced by three aspects: the employment environment, the employment concept and the employment trend. Under the influence of the idea of "one belt and one road" initiative, we need to improve the employment ability of contemporary college graduates. The whole policy and policy, the establishment of a reasonable employer management system, the innovation of College Students’ talent training plan, and the continuous strengthening of the overall quality of college students are carried out in five aspects.
