湖南高职院校“芙蓉工匠”新生代培养模式的构建

Construction of the New Generation Training Model of "Furong Craftsmen" in Hunan Higher Vocational Colleges

精益求精、追求完美的工匠精神是社会经济发展所求,对年轻人才的就业有着重要促进作用。湖南针对当前全省制造业及人才培养发展现状,提出“芙蓉工匠”的概念,芙蓉工匠的内涵是指有湖南人勤奋踏实、吃苦耐劳的特质,有一丝不苟、精益求精的工匠精神,有精湛技艺,有创新本领的优秀技术技能人才。“芙蓉工匠”新生代人才的培养离不开高职院校的人才教育,院校“芙蓉工匠”新生代培养模式的构建须从课程优化、校企合作、教师能力提升等几个方面着手,多角度、多层次、多途径地渗透“工匠精神”的培育,才能把高职院校的人才教育做精做细做强,让“工匠精神”根植湖南大地。

The craftsman spirit of striving for excellence and perfection is the requirement of social and economic development and plays an important role in promoting the employment of young talents.In viewof the current development situation ofmanufacturing industry and personnel training in Hunan Province,the concept of"Furong craftsman"is put forward.The connotation of Furong craftsman refers to the excellent technical and skilled talents with the characteristics of Hunan people's diligence,steadfastness,hard work,meticulous and excellence,as well as exquisite skills and innovative skills.The cultivation of the new generation of"Furong craftsmen"cannot be separated from the talent education of Higher Vocational colleges.The construction of the new generation training mode of"Furong craftsmen"in Colleges and universities must start from the aspects of curriculum optimization,school-enterprise cooperation and the improvement of teachers'abilities.Only by infiltrating the cultivation of"craftsmen spirit"from various angles,levels and ways can the cultivation of"Furong craftsmen spirit"be improved.The talent education in vocational colleges should be fine and strong,so that the spirit of craftsmen can be rooted in Hunan.
